you dont need any english to visit israel, if you are israeli then u would know hebrew thats sufficient.
so i assume u have an israeli passport, so just make sure that its still valid, book your flight, you didnt say where u r flying from, but el al is an excellent israeli airline

Don't worry if you killed someone once in life at least and you can have some hate to humanity, you will be most welcomed in Israel. If once you killed 1 or 2 young kids once in your life, you may win a free ticket and an organised training in Israel for the course how can you kill more.

Please go and see the Israeli cousulate in your area. Depending on your current citizenship, you may need a visa ahead of time.
If your parents were Isrealis, you might be an Israeli citizen, in which case you will need to talk to the cousulate about your citizenship before you go.

Search in your country for a Travel Agent who can arrange your trip to Israel
The travel agent is the one to offer you the right information.
Its a great place to witness religious places.
