I would not send a letter to him.

If it gets into the wrong hands it could backfire on you!

This is a perfect time of year just to personally hand him a Valentines card and say;

"Was that you I used to see at my grandparents house years ago?"

And just let him answer.

It doesn't matter what he says because now the ice is broken and you will both be more relaxed around each other.

From that moment on whenever you get a chance, talk to him about whatever is on your mind and be yourself.

Paying attention to and being nice to somebody is the most sincere way to let the person know you like him.

Also you can tell how he feels about you by the way he reacts
to your kindness.

When you two start spending more time together don't feel like you need to always be talking, sometimes it is nice just being with that special person and enjoying the feelings you get from his company.

Have fun!

NOOOOOOOOOOO! Don't write a letter!!!! You'll ruin all of your chances! And plus he might get creep-ed out if its from a secret admirer. Either get one of your friends to tell him, or just ask him out yourself. I've had experience, so i know! LOL. Hope it all works out!

Yeah, you should. But you SHOULD let him know who you are, so he doesn`t have to go through a lot to try and find out who likes him. And you can find out right away if he likes you or not.
