Its hard to say,

Based on what I know, I would say about 33% of the National Guard has been used for overseas since 9/11, that would be about 110k. The number is higher if you include homeland missions. It may be as high as 50% in some states, but I would feel comfortable with that number. I would not venture to say more than 50% though.

The percentages are probalby different for the Army vs Air Guard.

The National Guard Bureau would have the accurate numbers.

The militias that the government destroyed years ago have had to have a resurgance to secure our borders. As we speak now, the DHS is actively trying to arrest militia members around the US once again to make sure our borders have zero protection. We WANT that terrorist to get into the US with their ICBMS unnoticed...
