Its alternator whine. The AC ripple from the alternator shows up on the car's 12 volt power wires. The whine is amplified by the head unit, and the noise is superimposed on the music signal to the speakers. This can be reduced by making sure the head unit and amp has good power and ground connections. If that doesn't help, you'll need a noise filter for the power wires to the head unit. Search for alternator whine on the web, I'm sure you'll find info on how to filter it out.

Sounds like you're missing a ground wire to the head unit.

It's called RF interference. You can go to Radio Shack and ask them for a noise suppressor for your radio, they will know what you need.
