Ali's last fight was December 11, 1981 against Trevor Berbick in the Bahamas. By this time, Ali was well past his prime and he had little to offer. Berbick won a unanimous 10 round decision. Berbick is most remembered for being the man that Tyson beat for his first title, when he became the youngest heavyweight champion in history. Tyson dropped Berbick in the 2nd round and Berbick tried to get up and fell back down twice.

The answers above are right but Ali was in no shape to fight. Ali's last fight where he was able to fight was against Leon Spinks in September of 1978 when he regained the championship and retired. That was Ali's last fight as far as I'm concerned.
