A friend put microsoft office2003 on a disk for me, how do I get it from there on to my computer?

Just put the disk in your computer. If the copy was made successfully, it should pop up with a way to install the programs.

Don't do it unless you know your friend is no longer using their copy of Office 2003. Put the disk in the cd drive. If the installer doesn't start automatically (give it a few seconds), go into My Computer, double-click the drive that has the disk in it (there will be an icon that looks like a cd), and look for the Setup program. first of all dont ask these questions on line. I dont know where you are but its probably against the law everywhere to copy, distribute and use copyrighted software (even given by a friend). if you still want to go ahead and do it just insert it to the cd/dvd tray and follow instructions. the program will ask you for a key (pssss: ask your friend for it...)
