believe it or not, your doing it every day if you work around people who are ill....exposure to diseases sometimes will boost your immune system, however, there are some things you can do to keep your immune system up and running great!
1. water
2. natural light-yes, sun...brief encounters of the sun without sunscreen....(sun screen has decreased vitamin d absorbtion)
3. 6 small meals a day with healthy foods.
4. a multivitamin.
thats it!

bend your arms up look at te crease in the joint at the elbow ,,,with a finger from the other arm follow the crease to the point nearest the elbow and press your finger there it should feel a little painfull ,hold this for 10 mins and do the same on the other arm ,this causes the body to release emzimes that heal the body naturally ,,,,do this each day and you will feel great,,,and better in yourself ,,i thought this was a lot of cr,,p till i tried it now i do this every day ,,i havent been ill fo ages ,,where before id pick everything up ,,,my therapist of 20 years told me to do this as i was always coming down with something ,she said it would build my immune system ,it a very old chineze way to keep ones self it top shape,,,,and it works ,,,,good luck

I take ecanacia or how ever you spell it every day and it helps. I also try to maintain a healthy eating style, lots of fruits and veggies.

vitamins, washing your hands regularly, using tissues when you sneeze, and using anti-bacterial gel before & after using other people's computers...stay well!
