Lots of cats are interested in the motion they see on a computer screen. I found my cat up in my chair one day, batting at the mouse; she had made the connection that the mouse did SOMETHING - but as the computer was off, obviously she didn't get very far. One of the things you can do is get a sound generator program that emits a sound that's unpleasant to your cat; there are a couple on the market that are designed to keep your cat off the keyboard when you're not there.

You and dances have funny kittys. I once laughed at a girls cat that loved her gum.But she got annoyed that kitty ruined her purse trying to get chewing gum.

Maybe he needs a playmate! Gin rummy is more engaging than solitaire.
