I took the Bactrim twice for my bladder infection. Once at like 8 PM and again at like uh 1:30 AM. Today, I'm going to take one now....4:30 PM then again before I go to bed...in the AM sometime. Last night, and even today, I've got a bad stomach pain. It feels worse now that it did before I went on the antibiotic. It says to drink lots of water with this medicine. Why would I hurt more now then I did before I started taking the stuff??

Please..........call the doctor who prescribed the Bactrim. It could be the medicine or your infection is worse. Either way, they will probably change your medication.

Could be the medication. It has a tendency to upset my intestines. Call your Dr.
