Is the Motorola H5 MINIBLUE out now (FEB 07)?

I have seen it on eBay and even a video on Youtube, but not through any (by my definition) legitimate distributors. Please give me weblinks in your answer, if you know of any. I really want this thing! I am really looking for responses from people that already have purchased one (if its out).

I don't know if there are other devices out ther with a similar name, but the device I'm refering to is NOT a phone, it is a very unique bluetooh ear-piece, the fits ENTIRELY in your ear.
