the hidden curriculum are the things you teach which are not written down such manners, polite behaviour just general things like showing consideration. it s rather an old fashioned term nowa days and is usually more commonly refereed to as PHSE
but still basically its the moral, ethical, and general social behaviour that you teach in and around school in the hope that is will be continued outside of school

Hidden curriculum is what is being taugh without you being aware that you are learning. Usually it's general socialisation and teaches you the norms, values and morals appropriate to your culture - you don't really need to know that you're learning them. It's similar what Hilter did to the 'Hitler Youth' in WW2, he was making them do all physical activities like running and weight training telling them they needed to be fit but what he didn't tell them was that he was actually training them to be in his future army. Don't worry - nothing that scary in this country i hope!!

Sounds like a professor who's too lazy to do lesson plans and hand out a syllabus.
Other than that...I don't know. Maybe it's a conspiracy or something.
