It's hard to say. I would just wait a while and be patient to see if he likes you.

You apologized and it seems that he has at least forgiven you. We don't know that he likes you. You will just have to ask him. We have no idea as we have no details and we do not know either of you. Just tell him you like him and you again apologize for being a jerk to him and see where that leads. He may say he likes you too, or he just forgives you. You can ask him if he will at least be friends with you, or ask him out.
