in april 2003 i found out i was pregnant. in december 2003 i gave birth. that = 9 months. me and my ex fiance had a paternity test done and it came back that he was not the father. the test has to be wrong because he was the only one i was with at the time. he also knows someone who works where we had the test done. do you think he told his friend to mix up the test so he wont have to pay child support?

No, the paternity test is not wrong if it done in a lab that is totally independent from anyone's interference. Even if he knows someone where the test was done, if they interfere with the results, and it is proven that they did, their career is toast and criminal charges would be filed against them and they would lose their license.

Friendship may not be worth it.

The question is how long have you slept with the person before him . You could have been pregnant before you were with him and just did not know . It may be possible they messed with the test so go somewhere else and get it done again . Or get the other guy you were with tested .

How sure are you that you carried to full term? That could be the real question. Another, deeply sickening, question could be what kind of circumstances were you in at the time. Even perfectly sober women who are sleeping in the same house as other men can actually sleep too deeply if you know what I mean. Either way, if you question the test try to get another done or at least get the initial one investigated.

It is not your kid!! DNA paternity tests are very very reliable. She's just feeding you a line. Because she hasn't found the real father and needs money. Just don't go around her anymore. Completely ignore her.

Have it redone. The test is more than 99% accurate. He could have used someone else and said it was him. Have it supervised by someone you know.

Anything is possible. Have it done again through your local family services center.
