Did you marry him like that or is this something that happened during your marriage?
Go with him to the dentist. Sit down with the dentist and make a plan to have the teeth removed and the dentures cast. Ask him why he's so hesitant to get this done. Do NOT tell him "your teeth are HORRIBLE and they turn me OFF" what a terrible thing to say. Be nice. Try to understand why he's dragging his feet.

You could try talking about how it's much healthier for him to have a full set of teeth from dentures (remember, overall health starts with oral health) and that he should really consider getting fitted for dentures. Mention how having good teeth is vital for healthy chewing habits and maintaining a healthy digestive tract.
Good luck and I hope that he'll get his teeth fixed!

No offense but try working on your relationship more first. You should be able to simply explain it in a nice way and he should be able to take it from his wife.
Tell him it worries you because the dentist said he needs dentures (or implants if you have the money). Ask him to please take care of it because you dont like worrying about it and are sick of it dragging on. If you cant you must have communication issues you might want to resolve first.

If you have the funds or insurance find a time that you know that he has for it then make the appointment for him. Explain to him how you know that he has been wanting to get it done but it has been hard to find the time/money or whatever, so you set it up for him...then be with him when he gets it done. You will be doing him a favor although he may not recognize it yet...be a hero for your hubbie and help him figure it out! Bless you!

If you still kiss him ... stop. You might just want to level with the guy. Some are kinda slow about their own appearances. Tell him it's unattractive and that it's also unhealthy!

Let him know his dental health can affect his circulation and heart - infections can occur which compromise cardiac function.
Make him an appt. and make sure he's not worried about the money or pain, those can be addressed.

Can you call him in to that makeover TV show?
Eventually they will hurt him and when they do, there will be no holding him back from the dentist.
