*He has to be able to make me laugh for sure, but still be able to be serious when it matters.
*He can't be an idiot...I know too many and I don't like to be around stupid people.
*I agree with Londonbaby: he shouldn't be TOO good-looking otherwise he will have too big of a head and all the ladies will want him-- and I don't want him to cheat on me!!
*He should be caring but not a pushover
*He has to be respectful and a gentleman--I'm old-fashioned like that
*He doesn't absolutely HAVE to be, but my PERFECT guy would be the same religion as me, so then I know we would share the same morals.
*He shouldn't be TOO hard-headed--strong minded, but not too stubborn
*He should like the outdoors. I like the outdoors and I'm a country small-town girl so I'd like my guy not to be a city guy.

Body Type: As long the guy takes care of himself, then body type is not a major factor to me. I do prefer that the guy is a little taller than I am as I wear heeled sandals/shoes quite a bit. Looks: I like a guy that has a great smile and eyes that tell something. I'm attracted mostly to guys with dark hair and dark eyes. I like someone that doesn't dress like a slob and has confidence in himself. Personality: Must be outgoing, have a sense of humor, but have that serious side at the appropriate time. I like a guy that wants to take care of his lady, but doesn't smother her, I like someone that is independant, but likes to have attention from his lady. Talents: I like a guy that knows how to cook. I know this sounds strange, but it's nice to have two people in the house that have this talent, as it provides a wide variety of culinary tastes. Sports: Doesn't really matter as long as they are an active person and enjoys doing things together - such as sightseeing, bowling, playing pool, tennis, fishing, etc - you see my point. My ideal person would be financially stable (not necessarily rich, but I don't want/need a bum), career minded, family oriented, have a sense of humor, be faithful, be trustworthy and honest.

The ideal guy is really just a bunch of things a girl wants from different guys slammed into one guy with a nice body. Therefore, the ideal guy would be someone who treats his girl like she's the most precious thing in the world and someone who's just fun and awesome all around.

An ideal man should have good manners and do things like open doors for you and help you with your coat. He should be protective of you, but not smother you. He should have a quiet confidence about him and remain true to his values.

Sweet but not clingy, funny but NOT arrogant, creative, with lots of ideas but open minded. I like dark guys, but I'm more atracted to personalities, probably beacuse most 'good looking' guys have a big head and irritate me! Oh also non smoker! Your *** and **** smells really bad no matter what you think!

No metrosexuals. I like a nice looking guy who is into me, not himself. The perfect guy for me is someone I can trust and isn't flirty with everyone else (been there done that) My perfect guy is one that is smart- I hate guys that don't care about their grades. Lastly, I like it when a guy supports me in things that are important to me- like my volleyball/soccer team. I guss that's it I'm 14 btw.

dress in fashion, doesnt have to be chic expensive but anyone can make themselves look good with daily bathing, shaving, cologne and clean clothes that fit the mood and outing, smile when you enter a room, good posture to stand tall and confident, act confident.
you will be surprised on how many can fail the shave, cologne, clean clothes and bathing part.

Honestly the way he carries himself and if I can see myself with him in the long run (compatiblily). Sense of humor plays a big part but later it will be the way he treats me and what he plans to do in life.

I want a sweet and sensitive guy. I love that.
I like jealous and possessive guys; I know that sounds bad, but it makes me feel flattered.
He has to be able to converse and open up to me.
He also needs to be trustworthy and honest.

ideally, he would have these qualities:
-sense of humor #1 (because it says alot about ones intelligence, and i love to laugh)
-patience (because i can be annoying, lets be honest here)
- hardworking and ambitious (gotta have goals, or you spin and go nowhere)
- respect for himself (means he'll respect me)
- not selfish - thinks about others and does things for others
- loves to read (again the mental thing is imprtant)
- not afraid of telling me what he thinks, how he feels (theres more to intimacy than just sex)
- similar interests but not too many, gotta have your own life too.
- not controlling, able to be himself and let me be me too
its not about cars or jewelery or material things, its inner character.
notice i didnt say anything about looks either. attraction starts from within. people become more attractive to me as i get to know them.
