What I would do is to tell him that after thinking about it you realize that having sex with him would be his way of controlling you and you do not want him to control you anymore.
Then leave the room.

He is sooo desprate.
I'd either get it over with, or pay somebody to pose as my bf and then say like I'm really into this guy. And then say that fate must have delivered him just in time. Then I'd tell him to go screw himself if hes so desprate.
