Basics: Eat something that would go well with horseradish or hot Chinese mustard. This will immediately begin draining your sinuses. A caffeinated drink will temporarily shrink your capillaries, and many people find this relieves their headache.
Medical: Nose spray to clear the sinuses and whatever headache medicine you can tolerate. Excedrin works best for me. (I always eat something as well, as the aspirin component is rough on my stomach.) Don't keep using the nose spray though, after too many uses, your nasal tissues get inflammed and you are worse off. It works best when only used twice in succession.

Don't use the alcohol recommendation.
Put a lot of hot water in a sink. Put a warm towel around your head to make a tent and then breath in the air.
Take an analgesic (over the counter pain medication) made for your age. Also there is some that will dry up your nose. Ask your pharmacist. Be sure to read the package for people who should not take this medicine.
Ask you parents if you are under 18 before you do anything.

If this happens often you will need to go to the doctor and get some antibiotics, if it just this one time take some sinus medication , it is probably the change in the weather or some allergy.
