Are you kidding? All citizens from third-world countries need visas to enter U.S.A. territories unless there is an explicit agreement of entries between countries.
Be careful if your first and last names are Arabic! Going through customs can be HELL. You'll be harassed as a potential terrorist and there is nowhere to complain for your human rights.
