Help i want to ask this girl out but cant?

She is the most stunning girl i have ever seen and thats an understatement. We are both are in the same grade of highschool and had some classes together last semester. We were both part of the same swim team. We have each others email and talk to each other a bit. We talk about of a variety of things. The problem is at school i have trouble talking to her as i said before because she is very pretty. There also is this guy who hangs out with her alot and they flirt alot. Me and him r friends and nothing has happened. Me and her flirt on msn but not that much but i have trouble doing it in person. One look in to her beutiful brown eyes makes me feel so small that i just end up saying nothing. We no longer have classes with each other and only see each other at band and we play different instruments.Should i ask her out?????? And if i did i would want it to be really romantic but i dont know if i could work up the courage. I have asked this before but i want alot of answers.

Ask her out, the worse thing she can do is say NO...unless that single word of rejection is something you cant handle.
Word of advice: you like her, but dont act like she is THE ONE, head over heels and you are vying for her attnetion.
Women dont need the nervous, shy, love-sick pups...they can get that w/o trying, they are looking for the fun, confident guy that can be a challenge to them. More exciting to them it seems.

Ask her out, so what if she says no? atleast you tried and not have to worry about what if? but I really think you wont get no as an answer just ask her out for ice cream on a sunday. trust me

just say you dont see her alot ask her to see a movie or hang out sometime
and if she says yes then she doesnt have a problem with you and then youll have something to tlak about (the movie)
