How many?? You mean, for example:
- Breaking a mirror in a number of pieces brings the same number of bad-luck years.
- Passing under a ladder is considered to give bad luck
-Opening an umbrella inside the house, too.
-Seing a black cat (some people say that it's lucky and some others that it's unlucky)
-Tuesday the 13th is an unlucky day (but it's considered for a few as a lucky day).
-It's a Spanish proverb to say: 'En Martes, ni te cases ni te embarques' (On Tuesdays, don't either get married or get on board).
-A horseshoe gives good luck.
I can't think of any others at the moment. I hope this helps resolving your question.

My aunt tells me that my Great-Grandmother did many. Ones mentioned were
1. Throwing salt over the shoulder
2. Drinking tea, then quickly spinning the cup, putting it upside down, and letting it dry and reading the tea leaves
3. Not letting black cats cross in front of her
4. Breaking mirrors- 7 years bad luck
5. Itching ear-people coming to visit
6. Burning ears- people talking about you
7. Don't step on a crack
I suppose there are more, but this is the best I can do to remember. I think she has been gone at least 60 years.

A lot of the above mentioned superstitions of course, but these I have not seen yet:
Drop a knife it is unlucky to pick it up, however if someone else picks it up is good luck.
Don't open an umbrella in the house, it is bad luck.
left palm itchy, means money coming
right palm itchy means losing money, OR...someone is coming to visit.
No cats around babies, they will suck the breath out of them.
Knock on wood so the bad thing does NOT happen or the good thing is not lost...
do I believe in these? nope, but do catch myself out of habit knocking on wood a lot.

Step on a crack in the road/ sidewalk
burning hair from in your hair brush
Salt over your shoulder
"bless you" after sneezing
Walking under a ladder
Black cat crosses your path
opening an umbrella indoors
tossing your hat on your bed
hanging a horseshoe upside-down above a door
killing a spider.
Those are the ones I laugh at the most.
