Te retail version of Vista allows ONE computer loading. You can still load it on another computer but (1) that would be illegal (2) you will be BUGGED by Windows Genuine Advatage with pop ups and you will not be allowed to download some of the Windows updates.

If you really want to know follow chucks advice
But you can only install it on one PC you can get a discounted price for the additional PC
if you want to install on as many PC's as you want get an OEM copy of Vista
as seen here
