In the morning I am miserable. When I wake almost every joint in my body aches. I am stiff for about an hour. I feel fine later in the day. Do you think this could be arthritis? I am only 39.

If you had arthritis, you'd hurt all the time, not just upon rising. My advise is to look at your sleeping position. Perhaps you need a mattress change, or at least look into getting a memory foam mattress pad. Look at your position on your pillow too. You should use a pillow that supports your neck, but doesn't push your head up towards your chest if you're laying on your back.

Yes, Arthritis is not unknown to people of all ages, including children. Ask your doctor what over the counter pill you can take to help this condition. If you don't have a personal doctor, ask a pharmacist in any drug store.
