no. you probly realy liked her and your not over the fact that its over.this happens alot to many people after breaking up...as much as you wont like to admit it you still have feelings for your ex and the reason why your not feeing confident is because your ex was the one that made you confident she made you feel special..

You should probably invest in some healthy me-time. Get some new clothes, a new hair cut. Change your diet to a very healthy one and exercise a few times a week. Pursue a goal or hobby you've been thinking about. Read some books on healing from relationships. You'll recover.
I suppose this is the same advice I'd give to a man or woman... though I don't know if you'd be too thrilled about the hair & clothes. So take up a new sport, divert your attention to something positive.

Breaking up is part of life and should be looked at as a growing experience. Go out and have fun with your friends or even alone to places where you'll meet peopl like even church get togethers, to keep yourself BUSY and be of help to other's volunteer your time at your local hospital,or school, you WILL get over this and be stronger for it. Sometimes you get growing pains in life, but just because it didn't trun out the way you would have liked THIS TIME, don't close your heart or it could miss something wonderful coming at you!!

Well everything we do adds to our personality it's part of learning. Maybe the relationship didn't end so well and you just feel a little more self concious about yourself. Eventually it will pass, you will get your confidence back when you find yourself in a new relationship with someone who makes you feel good about yoursel whether it be an intimate relationship or whether your just friends. Don't worry so much and let nature run it's course. Good luck.

Your having a little post relationship depression. You were into a routine with this person and now its gone. No matter if the break up was necessary or who broke up with whom you are feeling a loss.
Get busy with activities. If that doesn't work or you can't manage it see a counselor.

You are hurting and you need to heal, you may try to cover it through anger, you may try to get through with it with someone else. In the log run, you need to deal with the inner hurt by yourself...until it comes a time when saying her name and seeing her doesnt result in a depressed or anger emotion.
Have you thrown away all the stuff that reminded you of her?
Thats step one.

it's called scar tissue,baggage,relationship issues.
it can all be cured by taking time by yourself. a cooling off period from dating and getting to know yourself like never before.you may have given up so much of yourself that you've become lost in the sense of who you are and perhaps how you might have handle a situation.
love yourself and take a vacation by yourself it'll do you a ton of good

Yes- get counseling. It's possibly depression. You possibly lost some identity in your last relationship (we all tend to do that). Take it slow. Find a new group to hang with and you'll get back to your old self.
