Usually 2 weeks from when the return was submitted as long as there are no issues or errors on the return.
You can call 1-800-829-1954 to check the status of the refund, 72 hours after the return was transmitted to find out the release date from the IRS

Did anyone at HR Block tell you that you could do a wire transfer with the Emerald Card? Did you check into it before attempting it? How is this problem the responsibility of the tax preparation place? You issues are with the banks receiving the money and the transmitter.
