I have until 4:30 today to get ready for a party. My hair is being anything but managble, and I don't have much to help it. It is uncontrolably frixxy, and on side is plain flat. What can I do?

This is a start over situation. If you are curly or wavy, try this - shower and wash your hair with a conditioner only - no shampoo, running your fingers through it and then rinse. Don't worry, it won't be greasy, promise. Comb it before you get in the shower but don't brush it once you're done. Put a gel in it and maybe a little leave-in conditioner and let it air dry or if you're in a hurry just finish with the dryer. Style the front a little with a curling iron. Done.

That happened toi me once. I would suggest straightening it then putting some frizz control stuff on it and it.

quikkkkly take a shower NOW and leev it a lil wet, plain flat automatically!!!

unfortunately that's the way it is. just gel it all back and put hair grips in next time.
