Why don't you rent some movies and invite some freinds over and watch a movie then have some pizza and work on your homework together.

Your mom has set rules for you because she knows you will work harder at school to get privileges.
You have to prove to her that you respect her and do your school work. Once you show her a better report card, you should be able to go with your friends. When you do, make sure you are home on time so you can continue to earn her trust and continue to have privileges. This is a sign of maturity. Your mom wants the best for you, listen to her.

Maybe u can try writing a letter to ur mom, explain ur grading situation, and maybe propose a deal, like if ur grades drop, or u get a C- in any class, she has the right to take away ur privelege of hanging out wit ur buddies

It depends on how old you are too. You should not go to the movies with friends unless you are 13 or older. You have to show you're mother that you can be mature.

first off how old are you
that may be your problem right there

second make a list of things before you go to her

then sit down and say
ok mom i have brought up my grades by this and this

i think it is "fair" that i go to the mall on sat

if she says no then ask her what standards you need to bring up your grades for her to say yes

if it is your grades that is the problem
