It depends on what the active ingredients of your cough syrup are. If your cough syrup contains something called "dextromethorphane" it can make you trip balls. It can make you feel drunk and/or euphoric and can make you see things if you take a high enough dose. Good luck!

Ignore person who said death, drink LOTS of water, to flush it out, then keep calm, DONT drink anymore, or any other medication.

might feel nausea
might have diareeh but i doubt anythign serious you may also feel very tired. dont take no more medication though
