35, female and horny all the time! Never used to be this bad. In a relationship but fancying others, whats wrong with me?

Starting to go through what I know as Middle Age Crisis. That's when your hormones are at a sky high and you feel sexually aroused easily. You are at the part of your life where you are peeking and from there it will start going down hill. I know this woman who went through that and she was loving it. She had (as she said) spontaneous orgasms at anytime of the day. Couldn't stop thinking about sex. I shall tell you, she did get into some real troubles. First off, your hormones are changing. Your hormones change through out your life. 35 - 36 is one of those times for women.

Second, you may be attracted to someone that is close to you. Fancy someone at work?

Third, maybe you have more time to think about that type of relationship lately. Are your kids more independent? Is your marriage in a routine?

Four, may be you have changed your exercise routine. Either more or less will change your feelings about yourself or your hormones.

Five, as a previous writer said, peak time for woman (Unfortunately, down time for men).

Why do you think there has to be something "wrong" with you? I would only begin to worry about this being a problem if it is something that becomes so overwhelming that you begin to do things that you wouldn't otherwise do and it is getting in the way or interfering with "normal" life in a devastating way.
