Euro Lines (bus) if you buy in advance it's cheaper.
Or Euro star(expensive) best also to reserved as soon as possible to get a cheaper tariff
Euro Lines stops in the center of Antwerp(is easy).
Euro star stops in Brussels south station, then the EC (= direct)train to Antwerp Central(=35 min.)
Remember flights are expensive and that so called London City airport is NOT in the city, was there long ago and a terrible connection to the REAL city of London(at that time there was not a tube connection form there and it was 1,5 hr bus drive!, that changed I heard, there's a tube now.
If you take a plain GATWICK is the best(did that also several times) only unfortunately they don't fly anymore to ANTWERP(= in fact DEURNE airport, small airport) so you best take then BRUSSELS ZAVENTEM airport, good connections with the train to Antwerp CENTRAAL this last word is very important when you get of the train , because the station before this one is ANTWERPEN BERCHEM and from there it would cost you to much in taxi trip.
Also take warm coat and umbrella with you can be bad weather here.

The London to Antwerp route presents some interesting logistical challenges for flying, ferry, train, etc. because there aren't any direct routes and would involve multiple modes of transportation. I don't think Easy Jet flies to Belgium from the UK. Ryan Air does, but the airport is south of Brussels and would cost an arm and a leg to get you to Antwerp.

The cheapest way I know of (and probably the least hassle) would be Eurolines bus. They depart from central London, go to the Dover-Calais ferry and on to Antwerp. The fare will be about 30-35 pounds (about $60 each way)

Flights from Antwerp to London City.

Realy easy.

It's a local airport and they fly with small airplanes. Just get by taxi to the airport of antwerp, it's difficult to find, or leave on time by bus from Antwerp center.

Have fun

most comfortable would be by train, eurostar, then a local train. it's not always cheap though, but the earlier you get your tickets the better.
