The people who say Angelina, Aishwarya etc are the worlds most beautiful certainly dont speak for me.

As to the title's it is the media, Just as in all sports events
There are millions of $$$ involved... so, I believe they are all fixed.
Yet they pay 'Pay per View: $39.95 each time.
