You will have to wait until your son is born to collect. After the child is here a paternity suit needs to be filed. Blood will be drawn to determine if he is the father. If he is then you file for "child support" in court. He can say all he wants about not paying but I wouldn't advise him to go against a judges' ruling to pay. Good Luck.

First of all prove that he his the father to the child that's already there and yes you have to wait till the other baby is born. Who ever this person is getting info for her uncle STOP giving it to her, especially if he is not doing a damn thing!!
Best Wishes and good luck,

when you have the child go to the cou=rthouse and file for child support. if he wants a paternity test they will give you one and that will be the end of the questions on wether he is the father or not. if he doesn't pay the child support...he will be in contempt of court for not following the guidelines and he will face the consequences.
good luck and congratulations on the baby!!

As soon as the baby is born, file papers to get the child support and they will order a DNA test. Before you do that, remember, if he is paying child support, he will get visitation and he will come get your bundle of joy every other weekend and you will have NO say in where your baby goes or who is around your baby.

around the $15-20 mark and now and returned somewhat greater much less costly: a paperback e book, a music cd, a action picture dvd, there is room right here to go with something that the particular man or woman will like even however you're no longer spending a ton of money . . . . possibly you would be able to desire to locate a outstanding plant in that selection. I basically offered a $12 orchid for my daughter . . . . below that gets confusing: i like to grant small bins of a outstanding candy, like Godiva (for Godiva, they might desire to be fairly small, like 4-6 products, to be $10 or much less), a Christmas decoration, a cutting-edge card to Starbuck's, now and returned you will locate lovable gown-rings rings interior the form of Christmas embellishes . . . .

once your son is born you are going to have file for supprt at your local domestic relations office.
and just so you know you do not also have to file for custody and unless he does it you have nothing to worry about. custody and support are 2 different matters in court. good luck. i hope things work out for you.

Get a DNA test. If he is the father, he must provide support. Get a lawyer to force him if necessary
