That is a good point. God gave us free will, and we have the knowledge of right and wrong, Adam and Eve made sure of that, so if we get into trouble it is not really out of pure ignorance, because we know deep down if some thing is right or not. If we choose to go against that knowledge, God is not the one to blame, it was our choice...just like when I did something wrong as a child, I still knew it was wrong, and I am the one who chose to do it anyway, regardless of the consequences.

James 1:13-15: "When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone. 14 But each one is tried by being drawn out and enticed by his own desire. 15 Then the desire, when it has become fertile, gives birth to sin; in turn, sin, when it has been accomplished, brings forth death."

I talk to Jesus and He talks to me.He is God but He is also my brother and friend. It is not wrong to ask your brother why something happened and when you have a close personal relationship with Jesus its not wrong to ask Him why .He shows me why sometimes and sometimes He doesn't its His choice not mine.Jesus is pure love and He has a reason for everything. The more effort you put into having a close relationship with Him the more answers you get.He talks in all forms. He talks in spiritual ways but this takes time to understand.

I do not have absolute power and knowledge of what my children will do before hand. If an omniscient, omnipotent god existed, he/she/it would ipso facto be responsible for everything.

People do not understand "free agency." Our Heavenly Father gaves each of us the right to choose right from wrong. Otherwise, life would have no meaning.

As a society we like to pass the buck. It's easier to blame him than take any responsibility

I do not claim to have the ability to control my child 100% like people claim God can. "God can do anything".

My children do not have to guess if they have a father, I am present everyday (physically) in their lives. They see me and talk to me without wondering if I am there or if I am listening. I do not set up tricks to make them stumble. They do not have guess at the rules, I tell them myself. And I will not send them to hell for enternity if they disobey me... even if they disowned me or denied I existed... I would never abandon them.

See any differences?
