everytime it rains the head lights gather water and it takes days for them to drain and they always have condensation in them

Pop the hood and check the molding around the headlights to make sure they are properly sealed. You want to make sure you seal them up so that they wont keep blowing headlight bulbs or worse, shorting out them out.

You can also drill a small hole in the bottom of the housing to allow them to drain, but I would fix the seal first.

Yep! common fault on the old Nissans - the sealed unit splits across the top and lets water in - have you got the headlights with the black backs up to the clear glass - if yes - that's your problem - allow them to dry out and run some silicon across the tops and sides

most likely the seal or bonding as it is called between the glass and the headlight back casing is leaking,as this leads to corosion it needs to be rectified a.s.a.p or the light replaced as it usually leads to early bulb failure,which is or can be dangerous during winter travelling.
