I'd say either Limewire or Frostwire but WAIT... neither of those work under Vista, while you can install them, they will crash your network connection and the only way to get it back is to restart. I actually tried to get them working twice, both times failed and I uninstalled them both times and now I'm done with them.

I know for a fact that iMesh works under Vista, http://www.imesh.com/ but I'm 50/50 as to whether or not I trust it.
