Does anyone know oil painters by name of D. Kissinger or Beckley and wher I can find info?

I bought 2 paintings one by each artist and cant find info D Kissinger is more modern snow painting the Beckley looks like beckleg but seems to be an older painting with thick oil very dark lots blue any info please.

Unless artists are famous, it is often difficult to get any information about them. You may have to go back to your original source, the place where you bought them and ask the person. If they are local, then the tourist bureau may have information about them. They artists(assuming they are still living) may even have a studio. Good luck!
