Don't complicate your life lady.Just call him to say hello.If you really like him you should compliment him.If after you compliment and call him he doesn't know you like him then he is a dork and you might have to spell it out to him.For men it is really difficult to know for sure and also men are cautious because they are afraid that they might be mistaken into believing that a girl likes them when in fact all they wanted to say was something nice,so you have to make an effort to show him you are interested.Just be yourself.It will come naturally,so don't force it.Good luck.
