How long will it take to glue a picture frame cause i broke mine?

Plastic Frame: SuUper Glue and about 20 seconds.
Wooden Frame: Wood Glue, and you need to clamp it in place for 12 to 20 hours depending on what the instructions say for the particular one you bought. Or about 8 minutes to hot glue counting warm-up time.
