Being the ultimate girl i think I know exactly what you should do; Most girls want the guy to be the first one to say something so if you can't just tell her strait up " I like you as more than a friend" call her or something and tell her so there's not as much pressure.

try talking in a mirror or something! If you just let her to continue giving you hints. She might think that you just like being noticed by someone, and you don't like her. She might even eventually give up on you.

You should just ask her out if shes hinting but if your to shy then wait for her to ask you, if you like her then i see no problem in asking her out.
