B) I weigh the balance of information from a great number of sources, I have done that all my life, and I will continue doing so the same for the rest of my life . So, help me God!

There is only one book that has authority and is God's Word. Why would you go to another source if you can not believe God Word the other sources will not help. Psalms 12: 6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Psalms 12: 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

If I'm writing just on a single book, of course I quote only from it. However, if I'm working with a thesis of some type, I find as many sources as possible.

I read constantly and 'update' what I learn, so to speak, but when I find a work that says what I have come to believe as the truth on a matter, I quote that book.
