Ok I have a digital camera and everything works fine on it except the fact that I can't get my fuking pictures from it onto the computer. I have the USB cable for it and it makes the sound on the computer when it recognizes a new device but nothing pops up and when i go to pictures in my documents and click get pics from camera it says it doesnt detect one. what should I do?

I typically pull the memory chip, and use a memory-card usb adapter to pull in the photos. Most pros do this as well.

Usually much faster, and saves the camera's battery charge. Try this and see if it works.

Also, reformat the memory chip "in the camera" once in a while, they get corrupted.
