I'm not nauseous, fatigued, I dont have diarrhea but I do have slight constipation and also it doesn't have anything to do with my periods i dont think because they are still comind regulary and also the pains happen during, before and after my period.

I can understand why you are. The complete randomness of these often occurring pains makes the diagnosis digfficult. THe best suggestion I can make to you is to see your physician and have him run a complete blood test panel and also do a complete physical examination. Pain that is in your head one minute and down in your foot the next, seems not to have any relatrionship. You don't mention if you are fatigued, nauseated, have normal bowel movements, or have diarrhea, whether you are on your period when this happens or it happens before the period....there are volumes of information that has been left out of your question that are critical to helping you with a definitive answer. Call your doctor and go see him!

two things I can think of..the first is you internal pH i not in balance and the second food intolerance.
for the first one check your diet you might be eating too much Acid forming foods and that may cause the described symptoms.
the second one..is good to do the food intolerance test as the a bit constipation is also kind of sign for that..I am talking about the IgG test not the IgE allergy test.
Nothing to worry just change your diet to a healthy one and eat as much Organic as possible!
