Either go to accident and emergency now (but expect a VERY long wait on a Saturday night) or see your GP first thing on Monday.
All of your symptoms must be recorded as you may have a claim against whoever caused the accident.
Best of luck!

It sounds like concussion, give NHS direct a call 0845 46 47. Don't hang about. And then find a solicitor that deals with accident injuries!
Good luck!

No idea, but i would guess this is pretty likely to have something to do with your accident.
It'll probably go away soon, i had something similar.
But i'm only talking from experience, i'm not a doc! But i think you should just pay a quick visit to your doc, to literally put your mind at rest lol (lame!).
I was a bit embarassed cos i thought it sounded stupid, but he was really glad i came so just bite the bullet and do it!!
Good luck and hope you get better soon :]

to be on the worried side, it could be a concussion. but, it may be the fact that you're getting out of bed too fast and you haven't had time to let the blood flow. sometimes when i jump out of bed in the morning, i get a little dizzy and go a little black too. maybe you're dehydrated and should drink some more water, and if you're dehyrdrated, drinking soda does not help. it just makes you thirstier.

You may have suffered a mild concussion. You need to see a doctor A.S.A.P. to be on the safe side.It is probably nothing but you must seek specialist treatment just in case!
