im 14, dont smoke or drink alcohol, get 8-10 hours sleep each night, only drink water and have a healthy diet. but, recently i have been feeling weak and sort of groggy recently, at my karate class i seem to get out of breath easier but, i do have asthma and have missed a few classes recently, i had an asthma attack around november time, could that be something to do with it? what can i do to boost energy levels

Under the circumstances with you having a chronic disease. I think you should visit with your doctor and have him do a complete physical on you. You might have infectious mononucleosis. It's symptoms are great fatigue, listlessness...with or without a sore throat. Also, chronic fatigue syndrome, which is vral, could also be considered. Call him up and make an appt. You are too young to feel so badly all the time...take care of yourself.

You might have a Vit B-12 problem

Rare in teens, rarer to find a Dr that knows what to test for...

Get a check up, could be something as simple as you need vitamins. Could be anything.

You need to be checked for mono-its a simple blood test.

could be your ashtma could be something else a doctor is probably best
