I have blond, wavy, a little past the shoulder hair with a few layers and how should I cut it?

1 inch to half an inch above the shoulders keep the layers maybe try to straighten your hair insead of wavy

just a trim, maybe fluff it out with a perm if you only have waves, the perkier you can make your hair the better it will complement your long face. don't go straight!
