But not really want to b in a relationship with that person,my co worker always looks @me..Even his friend but he just doesnt ask me out,but gets jealous when im chatting to other guys..What bull is that,we hardly talk so i dnt really know him-i do like him..But maybe he has doubts bout me or coz of my race?Should i just ignore him?I really want to coz its been going on 4mnths,&its leading nowhere

Just ignore them, it is not OK to have an affair with coworkers no matter how attractive they might seem to you right now...
