No offense, Senors, but Mexican women know how to cook!
They make miracles out of meat, beans, rice, cheese and peppers.
It's not the healthiest food on the planet, but it does taste delicious!
I was at work one day, and I had a boring salad. A coworker had some tortillas and pork. She created some dish out of all of our ingredients that made me want to faint.

That's a good question but it's true. It must be the spices that's in it. I myself have always preferred mexican food, beer, and women over anything else. It's just better....

there are many techniques that contribute to the flavor and taste of mexican foods.... more time and care are taken with the selection of the ingredients and the preparation of different dishes.. Mexican food is slow cooked and blended --- not rushed --- to enhance the spices and not cook the flavor out of the pot.....

it's tender meat and the amount of salt they use when cooking...plus the pure heat of it all...starving, must get a taco...later.
