Why is this posted in Health? Try posting in a more appropriate category and you'll likely get some good information.

...and just a quick English lesson, it's incorrect to end a sentence with a preposition so "Where do I buy a 4-wheeler?" would be correct (the word 'at' adds nothing to the sentence)
