Buy her some Garniere Fruitise fortifying 3 minute conditioner.
If it's really dry let her use her normal conditioner b4 using her
shampoo this is called "pre-conditioning."
Then when she's done using shampoo tell her to use the 3 minute conditioner, and 3 minutes makes the hair super soft.
Then, have her a wide tooth comb while her hair is still wet.
Finally, if she normally wears her hair curly when it's 1/2 dry,
spray some leave-in conditioner in her hair it'll decrease frizz.
As she drys her hair, have her blow dry down, after her hair's like
crispy feeling, and not only will it soften the curls, it'll also de-frizz.
(BY A LITTLE BIT.) Have her scrunch as she blows it dry w/ a de-fueser. Then to give the curls x-tra shine, spray Garniere
Fruitise Shine Spray on her hair(NOT THE ROOTS OF IT)
That's how she can fix her hair problem.
Hope it worx 4 ya,
Sarah

Use conditioner or detangling solution start at the ends of the hair and hold it start with the bottom tangles and move upward. Use a wide toothed comb. Sometimes they are called a conditioner comb. Go down the length of hair and stop at the tangle then start at the end of the tangle. Make sure she is using a brush that is appropriate for her hair type. Just make sure to work through the tangles and not tear through them.

Always use a conditioner after shampooing (avoid the scalp; it'll just make the hair too oily), and comb through afterwards with a wide-toothed comb. There are detangling sprays that she can buy, to use after shampooing. They're designed for children (who usually complain the most about tangled hair!), and you can find them usually near the baby shampoo in stores.
