Wow i totally feel your pain... when i was in middle school, i had frizzy (not pretty) curly hair and it was horrible to control... i went through probably every known product to man... anyway, for a long time, i had to have it professionally straightened by a beautician which made it easier to control... i would suggest washing it every other day. it'll keep it from getting drier (causing frizz). also, you can buy oil products to add to it to make it look smooth like naturally straight hair. so wash your hair, leave in some conditioner, put in some oil and mousse wet, blow dry it using a brush to straighten out the kinks as u dry, then use a straightener on each section... the smaller sections you use, the easier it will straighten... it used to take me 2 hours to do my hair from frizz to straight... now it takes about a half hour... also, with time, you will get better at it and it will get easier... so don't stress now! :) some of my favorite products : redken straight (good mousse/gel), redken glass (my oil), and a ceramic straightener... ceramic straighteners keep ur hair healthier than the others but they are a little pricey... just make sure the straightener has rounded edges instead of corners so it doesn't leave kinks in ur hair... have a good one and good luck!

My hair has a natural wave to it but not enough to wear naturally so I have to straighten my hair. To keep the frizz down I spray leave in after showering then I use a frizz control/iron guard, a gel like substance (any brand works that is purchased from a salon). I let my hair air dry for about 10 minutes to get rid of the excess moisture (saves on hair damage and power bill due to less hair dryer use) when your hair is 80% dry switch to a cool setting on your dryer if not already on it. Then as everyone else said straighten in sections. I go bottom to top but whatever you prefer is just fine. I use a hot tools straightener but whatever brand you use make sure its ceramic!! Also, its best to wash your hair every other day (your own hair oils work great to keep it looking shiny and healthy). Another tip to keep your hair looking healthy is use saloon shampoo and conditioner. I finally broke down and started using AG products and my hair has never looked better. I'm not a professional by any means but I've talked to A LOT of people about how to keep my hair looking nice especially with how hard it is to tame and this is what works best for me! Good Luck!

I straighten my hair everyday.
I blow dry lightly after I get out of the shower,
then I use a flat iron w/ spray leave-in conditioner.
I break it down into sections... start at the top and work down to the ends, that way I don't miss any.
Stays straight all day, also shiny.

Get you some Dove products from walmart.
Okay...
After you wash it comb it straight, then put some Dove straightner product on it, then take your comb and blow dry it straight down each strand.
After it is dry put a lil more straightner product on it and straighten it with a straightner iron.
I did this to my stepsisters hair that is natural curly and it turn out straight.
Good Luck!

Wash & condition your hair....Have a friend help with this....Iron your hair. Yes, with the clothes iron. Puy it on the lowest setting. If it doesn't work up the setting some. It WILL work. I have done this a few times and then bought a straightner. I was sick of having someone help me. Good Luck!
