Cooked rice is ok to freeze, noodles are not (they turn mushy when thawed).

yes its fine to freeze rice as it is most foods bread is about the only thing you can freeze again and again after it has thawed so once you have thawed it use it pretty quickly as rice is right up there with chicken and fish as dangerous foods when gone off dont add veg it gets mushy meat will be fine through it. enjoy

Nobody can eat frozen rice, it has to be thawed first! yes, cooked rice freezes really well and reheats easily. Sometimes veggies mixed with it will get a little mushy tho.

The quality and flavour after defrosting may not match the fresh one or even the one before freezing! A pregnant woman can't eat many things, including perhaps this one, depending on one's individual health condirtion!

You can freeze any cooked dish! It doesn't matter if it has rice in it.
